This delectable dessert is made using rasgullas, milk, condensed milk, khoya , cardamon (elaichi) and some pistcahios. It tastes so heavenly that no amount of culinary adjectives can do justice to it.<\/p>\n<div>\t<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block; text-align:center;\" data-ad-layout=\"in-article\" data-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-8060635266279624\" data-ad-slot=\"9883526129\"><\/ins><\/p><\/div>\n<p>I tasted this Baked rasgulla first time when one of my friends got it from Calcutta. To be honest, I am not a big fan of rasgullas (please don\u2019t judge) and even when she asked me to try baked rasgullas I wasn\u2019t very enthusiastic about it. They were packed in aluminium foil container, dunked in creamy thick milk with golden brown caramelized spots on top and garnished with some chopped pistachios. Look wise of course they looked quite tempting. I remember how their first bite made me instantly fall in love with them. If I have to describe its taste, it was a beautiful amalgamation of rasgulla, rasmalai, shahi tukda, caramel..in short divine!!<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>slightly charred rasgulla top with soft insides, combined with thick caramelized milk<\/strong> is a match made in heaven. This baked rasgulla was something which I would definitely love making at home again &amp; again. I saw many youtube videos and tried the recipe a few times. Too much milk &amp; the mixture remained watery even after baking and too much condensed milk made the recipe over sweet. The ratio for milk, condensed milk &amp; khoya here in this recipe is by my experience just perfect. You can use any other brand of your choice too.<\/li>\n<li>For baking, I have used Pyrex baking dish. If you don\u2019t have it you can even use cake tin.<\/li>\n<li>Don\u2019t overcook the milk mixture as it will thicken up more during grilling also. It should be just slightly thick.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Steps To Prepare:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Step 1:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can make rasgulla from scratch at home or buy them from market. Keep stirring in between as we don\u2019t want to burn this mixture.
