It is mostly available in winter months in India.<\/p>\n<p>As Amla is sour in taste, in most of the recipes it is often combined with a sweetner. Instead of mustard oil, you can use cooking oil or ghee (clarified butter) for making this chutney.<\/p>\n<p>2.
