Today I am going to share the recipe for \u201cKuttu Ke Pakore\u201d. This snack is consumed mostly in Navratras fast. \u201cKuttu\u201d is also known by other names like buckwheat or grass-seed. For this recipe, Kuttu flour is combined with chopped boiled potatoes and green chillies along with some spices; deep fried to give yummy crunchy pakoras. Add chopped green chillies, salt and red chilli powder to it. Gradually add water to it to form a thick batter. Add these pieces to the batter above. Once the oil is heated, gently drop the potatoes covered in the batter using hand or spoon and knife.<\/p>\n<p>Please make sure the flame is Medium-High. If the flame is low, the oil will cool down and as a result the pakoras may not be crunchy or get oil-soaked.
